Original Story by Holly Matkin

Round Rock, TX – As investigators continue their search for two Texas girls and their abductor, numerous tips have led them to the state of Colorado, police said on Wednesday.

This is still a nationwide manhunt, and they could be anywhere. Please share on social media so we can find these kidnapped girls.

Terry Miles, 44, was recorded by a surveillance camera in Trinidad, Colorado on Dec. 30, 2017, Round Rock Police Chief Allen Banks said during a Wednesday press conference.

Although 14-year-old Lilianais Victoria Cake Griffith and 7-year-old Luluvioletta Mariposo Bandera-Margaret were not with him at that time, Chief Banks said that law enforcement in the area have received numerous tips from individuals who reported having seen the missing girls, even as recently as Wednesday.

“There have been sightings of the three in Colorado,” Chief Banks confirmed. “We know he was in the southern part of Colorado as late as Dec. 30…so we have a heavy presence in southern Colorado.”

A Texas AMBER Alert was cancelled on Wednesday, and a Colorado Amber Alert was activated just hours later, KTRK reported.

Chief Banks said investigators are still searching for the same vehicle – a gray 2017 Hyundai Accent bearing Texas license plate JGH9845.

The vehicle, a hatchback, also has a white sticker in the upper right corner of the back window.

Chief Banks urged the public to remain vigilant in keeping an eye out for the trio, especially at gas stations, convenience stores, truck stops and fast food restaurants.

Griffith is 5 feet, and weighs 100 pounds. She has brown eyes, braces, and a stud on the right side of her nose.

Bandera-Margaret is 4 feet 5 inches, and weighs 75 pounds. She has brown eyes and curly brown hair, with a slight bit of blond at the top of her head.

Miles is 6 feet 2 inches, and weighs 200 pounds. He wears glasses and may have a beard.

Police have been searching for Griffith, Bandera-Margaret, and Miles since Sunday, after the children’s mother, Tonya Bates was found dead in her Round Rock home.

Investigators believe that Miles was Bates’ roommate and said he is a person of interest in Bates’ suspicious death.

According to KXAN, Miles has a long history of violent offenses dating back to 1995, when he was sentenced to two years in prison in California after he was convicted of an inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant offense in San Bernardino County.

He was out in less than a year, but was returned to prison twice for parole violations.

In 2002, Miles was sentenced to another two years in prison after he was convicted of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant and for threatening to hurt someone. He was released just over a year later, but was returned to the prison on three occasions due to parole violations.

In Louisiana, Sulphur Police Chief Lewis Coats said that in 2011, Miles attempted to kill a woman he was dating by strangling her, and staged her attempted suicide, KXAN reported.

“He had controlled her mentally and abused her mentally and she had actually filed a false report at the time to say she was raped by a suspect,” Chief Coats said. “But once she got away from his control, she was able to tell the truth — that it wasn’t a rape but a domestic abuse and he tried to strangle her.”

Miles was also the suspect in the 2014 murder of Pamela Parker in Sulphur, Louisiana.

Calcasieu Parish Sheriff Tony Mancuso told KXAN that even though a grand jury failed to indict Miles for the Parker’s beating death due to lack of evidence, he still believes that Miles killed her.

“In this particular case in Round Rock it’s also a beating — which is the same manner of death [of Pamela Parker] — which was never disclosed before this time,” Sheriff Mancuso said. “We know that he likes to beat on women, because he’s got several domestic abuse, battery charges.”

Round Rock police have not released details of Bates’ death.

Miles is on probation in Louisiana, was a “person of interest” in a rape offense, and has numerous domestic violence charges on his record, KXAN reported.

In September of 2013, he was charged for pornography involving juveniles, but the case was dropped in 2015.

“Based on his criminal history, it’s obviously a huge concern,” Chief Banks said during the Wednesday press conference. “Our whole focus is to get these girls home safe.”

Please help spread the word by sharing on social media.

Police are requesting that anyone with information regarding the girls or Miles call 911, or contact the Round Rock Police Department at (512) 218-5516.

After the crash, both drivers stopped and made contact. The other driver, Alonzo Leron Smith, attacked Deputy Falce hitting him once, which knocked him unconscious, according to the San Bernardino Police Department (SBPD).

Smith was able to escape, but was captured hours later at his girlfriend’s home.

VIDEO: Man Gets Tasered Then Well-Ventilated While Shooting At Cops

A suspect continued shooting at police even after he’d been hit with a Taser.

Warrington, FL – Authorities released dashcam video on Wednesday of an October police-involved shooting in Escambia County (video below).

The Florida Office of the State’s Attorney ruled the shooting of Demetric Carter by Escambia County Sheriff’s Office (ECSO) deputies was justified.

The incident began on Oct. 27, 2017 when 26-year-old Carter entered the Warrington Bank, and told the teller that they needed to call the police, according to a detailed report issued by the Office of the State Attorney.

When teller Melinda McCombs asked why she should call police, Carter told her again.

“I just need you to call the police. I don’t want to take it out on y’all,” Carter said.

McCombs called 911 and gave police a description of Carter, and reported the conversation that had taken place, police said.

ECSO Deputy Pat Roberts responded to the Warrington Bank, and after talking with tellers, he located Carter outside the bank and approached him.

As Deputy Roberts approached, Carter put his hands behind his back, and told the deputy not to come any closer.

Deputy Roberts then saw a gun hidden in Carter’s waistband, and ordered the suspect to get on his knees. Carter did not comply.

In the video, Carter ignored the deputy’s commands, walking around the parking lot, and moving his hands from the air to folded in front of him and then back up in the air while apparently testing limits.

At that point, the video showed two more deputies arrived to back up Deputy Roberts.

“Gun in the back pocket, Ron,” Deputy Roberts advised them over the radio as they approached.

The video showed Carter continued to ignore instructions to turn around, get down on his knees, and keep his hands where deputies could see them.

ECSO Deputies Crista Pope and Ronald Busbee took up positions on either side of Deputy Roberts.

The video showed Deputy Roberts ordered Carter to get down on his knees multiple times before taking action.

Once the deputy was flanked by other law enforcement, he put away his gun and got out his Taser.

The video showed Deputy Roberts told Carter twice he would tase him if he didn’t comply with commands.

Carter can clearly be seen reaching for the gun in his back pocket in the video.

The video showed Carter pulled his gun, and was hit with the Taser, which took him down.

Officers appeared to wait as the Taser took effect to see if they could avoid using deadly force.

Then Carters started shooting.

Deputies then provided Carter with a large collection of bullet-holes.

None of the deputies were injured. The suspect was taken to Baptist Hospital for emergency surgery and survived, according to WKRG.

Carter has been charged with three counts of attempted murder of law enforcement.

The report from the state’s attorney said that after Carter had been subdued, he told emergency medical responders that he was just trying to kill himself.

The Office of State’s Attorney determined the use of deadly force was “reasonable and justified,” and said no criminal charges would be filed against the deputies.

Brett Decker: ‘Trump in One Year Is Already Better Than 16 Years’ of Bush, Obama ‘Put Together’

“Trump in one year is already better than sixteen years of [George W. Bush and Barack Obama] put together,” said former Wall Street Journal editor Brett M. Decker, pointing to a current 17-year high in consumer confidence.

Decker, an expert on Asia and the bestselling author of Bowing to Beijing: How Barack Obama Is Hastening America’s Decline and Ushering a Century of Chinese Domination, joined Friday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight with Breitbart News’s Executive Chairman Stephen K. Bannon and Senior Editor-at-Large Rebecca Mansour.

“The leading indicator, when you dig into the data on why consumer confidence is high, is because people are anticipating higher wages,” said Decker. “The economy and consumer, they work logically. … What you’re seeing [are] the consequences of positive policy.”

President Donald Trump’s economic policies incentivize economic investment in America, said Decker, noting the mobility of capital in the modern era. “Businesses and consumers are [responding] logically” to the Trump administration’s economic policies, he added.

Decker rejected narratives crediting former President Barack Obama’s economic policies with recently developing economic figures during Trump’s presidential tenure, framing such assertions as “absolutely crazy”: “You look at the unemployment numbers, and it’s 4.1 percent. I look at Obama and Bush kind of combined, when I look at their block of sixteen years. Anyone that says this is inheriting some kind of Obama economy, he had eight years, and in 2010, the unemployment rate was 9.6 percent, absolutely crazy. … This idea that it has anything to do with Obama is absolutely crazy.”

Dropping unemployment rates, said Decker, will not be welcomed by all persons or interests. “Big business” interests, he said, prefer higher rates of unemployment given their depressive effects on wages. He also praised Trump’s emphasis on expanding domestic manufacturing. “When there are fewer people looking for jobs, you have to pay those few people more to take those jobs. What scares me about this is big business … seeing the unemployment numbers go down, and they’re like, ‘Oh, no. We’re going to have to pay these people more. We better call Paul Ryan and get him to flood us with cheap immigrant labor.’ So not everybody who looks at these numbers gets excited. There are different kinds of reactions.”

Decker went on to say that “one of [his] favorite things that Trump has done [was when] he was with some of the automakers, and he pointed to the head of Toyota of America, he said, ‘You have to build plants here.’ Within a short period of time, Toyota canceled a factory they were building in Mexico and said they were going to put it in the U.S., instead. What is that, a few thousand extra manufacturing jobs?”

Decker added, “Trade policy, I think, is one of the clearest areas where, if you look at the deindustrialization of America, how much government policy matters. The period between 1994, when NAFTA was passed, and 2014, a 20-year period … our trade deficit with [Canada and Mexico] went up 430 percent. … We get zero benefit out of these trade deals.”

America’s hemorrhaging of manufacturing jobs to other countries, said Decker, was economically disadvantageous: “Fundamentally, I think most people know in their heart of hearts, you can’t just be a consumer economy. If you want to consume anything, you have to make something. We’ve had decades of policy where we just decided we didn’t have to make anything anymore.”

Neo-conservative predictions of China’s political liberalization resulting from its deeper integration into the global economy had not borne out, said Bannon and Decker, with the former describing it as “one of biggest strategic mistakes” of modern Western political leadership.

Decker said, “This idea that you see among the neo-con right is, if you make [China] richer, eventually they’re gonna get more economic freedom. People are gonna demand more political freedom.” Bannon responded, “Oops. That was a miss,” and Decker agreed. “That was one of the biggest strategic mistakes,” said Bannon, adding, “When they look back at the history of this thing a hundred years from now, the Clinton and Bush administrations, the strategic miscalculation about China will go down in history as one of the greatest failures of the elites and the leadership of this country – the mid-nineties to up until, really, President Trump came on the scene, the whole ‘China’s gonna change.’”

Breitbart News Tonight airs Monday through Friday on SiriusXM’s Patriot channel 125 from 9:00 p.m. to midnight Eastern (6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pacific).

Teen Murders 65-Year-Old Man By Knocking Him Onto Subway Tracks

A man died after a mentally unstable teenager punched him so hard that he landed on the subway tracks.

By Ginny Reed and Sandy Malone

Brooklyn, NY – An 18-year-old bipolar and schizophrenic man, who was off his medication, punched a 65-year-old man on a subway platform on Wednesday, knocking him onto the tracks, and ultimately killing him.

The incident occurred in Brooklyn about 2:30 p.m. on Jan. 3 at the Jay Street-Metro Tech station, according to The New York Times.

Jacinto Suarez, 65, of Staten Island, was waiting for an R train when the mentally-unstable Edward Cordero approached him. The two men did not know each other, police said.

Cordero was ranting incoherently, and Suarez extended his arm to keep the teenager away, according to witnesses who told police.

“He was talking to himself. He then approached this male and the male asked him to get away, to back off,” New York Police Department (NYPD) Transit Bureau Assistant Chief Vincent Coogan said.

“He did turn around, start to walk away. At this point he then came back and punched the male,” Chief Coogan said.

Witnesses said Cordero punched Suarez, causing the older man to fall down onto the subway tracks.

Bystanders jumped down and pulled Suarez off the track, and a witness flagged down a police officer at the station.

Suarez was transported to Brooklyn Hospital Center where he suffered a massive heart attack and died, according to the New York Daily News.

Cordero remained at the scene and was quickly arrested by a responding officer, according to WABC.

The teenager’s family told the New York Daily News that Cordero had been terrorizing them for a long time, and had recently stopped taking medicine for bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

“He was supposed to be on three different medications but he’s run out and refuses to get more,” Cordero’s sister, Daribel Lugones, said.

“He doesn’t go to school. He attacks members of our family,” Lugones said.

His 23-year-old sister told The New York Daily News that Cordero had cut her with a Christmas ornament and slammed her cat the day before he attacked Suarez.

“He was here last night. He was screaming ‘The devil is alive’ all night long,” Lugones said.

“He’s paranoid. He’s very secretive. He believes he’s somebody famous,” she said.

Police were expected to transport Cordero to Bellevue for psychiatric evaluation after they finished interviewing him, but his sister said he’d already been in that facility.

“They had him in Bellevue and they released him without our consent,” Lugones said.

She said she felt terrible for the family of her little brother’s victim.

“I don’t know what to say to that poor man’s family. If it were our grandfather I’d be lost. I’m sorry for that man’s family. I can only send our condolences,” Lugones said.

“I hope they keep him in Bellevue,” she said of her younger brother. “That’s the end for him.”
Suarez was survived by 10 children and 13 grandchildren.

Suarez’s family said he was on his way home from inquiring about his Social Security benefits when he was attacked.

“My dad don’t bother nobody. I don’t know why anybody would do that to him. He went, he came home. I’m not gonna have him here anymore,” Tylenea Gonzalez told the New York Daily News.

“He’s a pain in the butt,” Gonzalez said of her dad from their Staten Island home. “But he’s a sweetheart. He helped me with my kids when I was working.”

Police believe someone used their smartphone to record the Good Samaritans who came to the victim’s aid, and said detectives wanted to speak with the person who had recorded that video.

They also wanted to interview the bystanders who pulled the man off the tracks, and asked them to come forward, according to WABC.

Parolee Fed 8-Year-Old Meth So He Could Rape Her

A 48-year-old parolee raped an 8-year-old girl, and forced her to eat methamphetamine, police said.

Washington, MO – A 48-year-old parolee confessed that he raped an 8-year-old girl, fed her methamphetamine, and forced her to smoke marijuana, police said on Wednesday.

Brett Pendleton, 48, has been charged with sodomy and endangering the welfare of a child, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

The incident occurred at an American Inn hotel on Jan. 1, Washington Police Department (WPD) Detective Betsey Schulze told KTVI.

According to WPD Detective Sergeant Steve Sitzes, the child was Pendleton’s relative, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

The girl’s mother grew concerned after her daughter quit replying to her text messages, so she went to find her, Sgt. Sitzes explained.

The woman located Pendleton’s vehicle outside of the hotel, and went to his room.

Once inside, the woman’s daughter motioned for her to come to the bathroom. The girl then disclosed that Pendleton had hurt her, and that he forced her to participate in several sexual acts, KTVI reported.

The child also said that Pendleton made her eat meth, and that he forced her to smoke marijuana and cigarettes.

The victim’s mother immediately took her to a hospital, and contacted police.

“As you can imagine an 8-year-old on meth, not a sight you see every day,” Sgt. Sitzes told KTVI. “She was very fidgety, very amped up.”

Investigators responded to the hotel to locate Pendleton, who was driving away as officers arrived, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.

He was stopped and arrested for driving with a suspended license, and investigators obtained search warrants for his vehicle and hotel room. The evidence they recovered corroborated the child’s allegations, police said.

Pendleton told investigators that he rolled methamphetamine up in toilet paper and told the girl to eat it, KTVI reported.

He also admitted to having sexually assaulted her.

Police said the mother is not under investigation, and that she did not know of Pendleton’s intent when he she allowed her daughter to have contact with him.

The child had been alone with Pendleton for between six and eight hours, police said, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

She was treated and released from the hospital, Sgt. Sitzes said.

Pendleton was on parole for methamphetamine manufacturing.

According to the Riverfront Times, he has served prison time for a variety of offenses, including burglary, trespassing, failure to pay child support, drug-related offenses and driving offenses.

He has been designated as a persistent offender in the state of Missouri.

Pendleton is being held on $250,000 bond.

PD Deletes Facebook Post Because People Think The OK Sign Is Racist

The post showed Matawan police officers, and a hand sign from one that some interpreted as racially offensive.

Monmouth County, NJ – A Monmouth County Police Department photo posted to its Facebook page on Thursday, Jan. 4, showed an officer using a hand sign which many people mistakenly believe is associated with white supremacy, according to

Matawan Police Chief Jason D. Gallo has since removed the post, and said that it was misinterpreted, according to

The post showed police officers standing outside in the snow, with one officer showing a hand gesture that looked like an upside down OK symbol. The caption read “Our men and woman keeping our town safe during what we hope to be the first and only blizzard of 2018. Some of our officers are specially trained “cuddlers”, who can stop by if your heat happens to go out,” according to New York Post.

Chief Gallo decided to remove the post after one person commenting with a focus on the hand gesture, which they believed was racist code for “white power.”

The department then posted an explanation and an apology on Facebook, which said “We tried to have some fun. Some folks don’t like that. Sorry to all the rest.” This post has also since been removed.

He said that the Matawan Police Department’s (MPD) Facebook page is deliberately playful, and gave as an example a post from last month, where the department posted a tongue-in-cheek warning reminding residents of some streets that they don’t have diplomatic immunity from parking regulations, according to

“We try to keep it very cool, very lighthearted,” Chief Gallo said.

The officer was actually following a viral trend known as the “circle game” where the goal is to make somebody look at your hand making the OK sign below waist level.

“The circle game, that kids play in school. Someone tried to say it was something racial. It’s just ridiculous,” the chief said.

“Unfortunately something nice turned into us being in the news,” Chief Gallo said. “That’s why a lot of departments are not on social media.” He said he had received many calls from multiple media outlets about the post.

The myth that the OK sign actually meant “white power” was started by internet trolls on 4chan, an anonymous message board.

President Donald Trump frequently makes the OK sign during his speeches, and many of his supporters take photos with the OK sign to show support for the president.

In April, Mike Cernovich and Cassandra Fairbanks took a photo of themselves at the White House making the OK sign. The picture was then tweeted out by a Fusion reporter who claimed that it was a white supremacist symbol.

The Independent picked up on this and ran a story in which they falsely claimed that not only was the OK sign a hate symbol, but also that the Anti Defamation League had categorized it as a hate symbol. In their article they cited a completely different two-handed sign from the ADL hate symbol database as proof.

The ADL the pointed out to all of these professional journalists that they fell for a hoax, and that the OK sign is not a hate symbol.
