President Trump is reversing an Obama era program that will open up at least 80,000 white collar jobs to American citizens. The administration will do this by reversing President Barack Obama’s expansion of the H-1B program which allows the spouses of foreign workers to work in the U.S. This solution effectively ends cheap foreign white-collar labor and forces businesses to employ American citizens.

The Trump administrations’ pro-American decision will launch a lengthy regulatory process which will open up roughly 80,000 jobs to American graduates over the next 24 months.

In 2015, Obama began handing out H4 work permits to the spouses of H-1B guest-workers who manage to get into the line for residency and green cards. Of course, Barack Obama did not have any approval from Congress to hand out these H4 work permits but this was one part of Obama’s terrible pro-immigration strategy.

The Wall Street Journal reported:

The promised change was announced in President Donald Trump’s report on planned regulatory changes.

The end of the H4 program will significantly decrease the annual award of “Employment Authorization Document” work permits to about 2 million foreigners. In combination with Trump’s decision to close Obama’s DACA program, the 2018 number may drop down to 1.5 million.

Thanks to Obama, the U.S. job market has been flooded with foreign workers willing to work for lower wages, leaving American citizens in dire straights.

Under Obama the federal government inflated the supply of new labor by annually accepting 1 million new legal immigrants, by providing work-permits to roughly 3 million resident foreigners, and by doing almost nothing to block the employment of roughly 8 million illegal immigrants.

The Obama-era economic policy of mass-immigration floods the market with foreign labor, spikes profits and Wall Street values by cutting salaries for manual and skilled labor offered by blue-collar and white-collar employees. It also drives up real estate prices, widens wealth-gaps, reduces high-tech investment, increases state and local tax burdens, hurts kids’ schools and college education, pushes Americans away from high-tech careers, and sidelines at least 5 million marginalized Americans and their families.

Foreign workers willing to work for low wages has also reduced investment and job creation in many interior states because the coastal cities have a surplus of imported labor. For example, almost 27 percent of zip codes in Missouri had fewer jobs or businesses in 2015 than in 2000, according to a new report by the Economic Innovation Group. In Kansas, almost 29 percent of zip codes had fewer jobs and businesses in 2015 compared to 2000, which was a two-decade period of massive cheap-labor immigration.

Thanks to Obama’s successful cheap-labor strategy and a large percentage of the nation’s annual income has shifted to investors and away from employees.

The fact that there are about 185 different visas for immigrants is shocking. H1’s, H4’s, lottery visas, k1’s, etc. is pure stupidity. There should be ONE visa for immigrants and one department. All immigrants should come through the same department, the same way, and with the same rules.

This is just the first step the Trump administration is taking to bring jobs back to America. Since Trump has taken office, the stock market has risen, jobs are coming back and American’s are put first.

Police warn against celebratory New Year’s Eve gunfire

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Police around the country have urged residents against the dangerous practice of shooting off guns to celebrate the New Year and warned of criminal charges against those who do.

In Columbus, Ohio, Deputy Police Chief Richard Bash said Friday that police will charge anyone caught firing a gun on New Year’s Eve.

Bash said the shooting is dangerous and ties up officers who must investigate numerous gunfire reports. If people can safely record evidence of a shooting on their phones they should submit it to police, he said.

“We need a culture change,” Bash said. “We need the community to step up and say, ‘This is not the behavior that we’re willing to put up with.’ When that happens, it will help.”

The city has recorded a record-high 142 homicides this year, which is three above the total set in 1991 during the crack cocaine epidemic.

Police in Kansas City, Missouri, have also warned residents against firing guns in celebration and told them to call 911 if they see someone shooting and try to talk friends and family out of the idea, according to Sgt. Jake Becchina.

The issue especially resonates in Kansas City, where an 11-year-old girl died after being struck by a stray bullet on July 4, 2011.

Police in Florida also want an end to celebratory gunfire, which Freddy Ramirez, Miami-Dade Police Department Assistant Director, calls “irresponsible.”

“We’re trying to educate our children for a safer world, and as adults we’re cranking rounds up in the air — unacceptable,” Ramirez said at a Thursday news conference .

The girl killed in Kansas City is far from the only victim of such celebrations. In 2015, a man watching New Year’s fireworks from his driveway in southeastern Houston was killed by a stray bullet from celebratory gunfire nearby. Later that year, a 16-year-old girl was struck and killed by a stray bullet as she sat on a couch inside her home in College Park, southwest of Atlanta, on July 4.

Columbus resident Lisa Boggs made ending celebratory gunfire a personal cause six years ago. She was on the phone with her son on New Year’s Eve, when she hit the floor because of the sound of gunshots.

“It was like Baghdad. Gunshots were so intense,” said Boggs, 57, who lives on the city’s west side. She said she has spent the past few days going door-to-door in her neighborhood trying to educate people about the danger.

“A moment of celebration, a moment of revelry, could mean a lifetime of hurt and heartache should one of those bullets come down,” Boggs said.

Texas woman accused in fatal shooting of boyfriend’s son

A 7-year-old Texas boy died after his father’s girlfriend opened fire as the man drove away with his son and two other children, police said Friday.

Greenville police said Kaden Green died at a hospital after being taken there by a witness following the shooting Thursday afternoon.

The woman accused of shooting the boy, 26-year-old Brooke Craig, was arrested early Friday along with the child’s father, 24-year-old Cameron Castillo, in the Dallas suburb of Frisco about 45 miles (72 kilometers) west of Greenville. Authorities said Craig led police on a car chase before their arrests.

Craig faces a capital murder charge, while Castillo was arrested for a parole violation.

Officers were responding to a report of a disturbance at a home Thursday when they received a call that a boy had been taken to a hospital with a gunshot wound to the chest. Police said they believe Castillo and Craig had been involved in a disturbance at the home before he got into his vehicle and headed down the street.

After the shooting, the vehicle came to a stop and Craig and a witness approached it, police said. The witness then took the boy to the hospital in another vehicle.

Police said the two other children who were in the vehicle were placed in the custody of the state. Child Protective Services spokeswoman Marissa Gonzales said they have a 4-year-old boy and 7-year-old girl who are the siblings of Kaden in their custody.

Gonzales said Craig is not Kaden’s mother. She said CPS has received a report about the boy’s death and will investigate. She said the boy’s family has had previous contact with CPS, but that the details are confidential.

McKinney police said Greenville police contacted them early Friday about the capital murder warrant for Craig. McKinney police then located her vehicle leaving a store and she fled into nearby Frisco, going through several residential areas before turning down a dead-end street, police said.

Craig and Castillo, who was her passenger, were arrested without incident after their vehicle struck a police cruiser while attempting to back up, police said.

Jail records show that Craig was transferred from Collin County, where McKinney is located, back to Hunt County, where Greenville is located, by Friday afternoon. The records did not list an attorney in relation to the capital murder charge.

Craig faces an evading arrest charge in Collin County, according to the jail records. The attorney listed in relation to that charge did not immediately return a call Friday.

Castillo was being held in Collin County jail Friday. Jail records did not list an attorney for him.

2 Las Vegas security guards fatally shot in hotel-casino

Two Las Vegas security guards were fatally shot Saturday while investigating a disturbance in a room at a hotel-casino and the suspected shooter is facing critical injuries after turning the gun on himself, police said.

The gunman’s motive wasn’t known but investigators believe it was an isolated incident.

“I want you to know right now that this has nothing to do with terrorism,” Capt. Robert Plummer told reporters outside the scene of the shooting.

The shooting happened before 7 a.m. at Arizona Charlie’s Decatur, which is located west of the Las Vegas Strip. According to police, the suspect ran from the hotel-casino after the shooting and into a nearby neighborhood where he tried to enter two homes but the residents were able to keep him out.

Police found him in a laundry room accessible through a garage of the second home after he appeared to have shot himself in the head, Lt. Dan McGrath said.

According to McGrath, the suspect tried to enter the first home with the intention of stealing a car and also tried to take a vehicle on the street.

The gunman’s condition wasn’t immediately known but police said his wound was life-threatening.

The victims’ identities were not released. Police said the uniformed security guards were a man and a woman in their 40s and that one was armed.

McGrath said the circumstances of what happened in the hotel room still unclear.

The hotel-casino’s office did not immediately return a message seeking comment.

The shooting comes a day before law enforcement officers expect tens of thousands of New Year’s Eve revelers on the Strip and three months after the city dealt with the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history.

Officials have been trying to reassure residents and visitors that the city is safe, especially in the wake of the Oct. 1 shooting. A high-stakes gambler killed 58 people and injured hundreds more after he shattered the windows of his suite on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay hotel-casino on the Strip and unleashed gunfire on a country music festival below. He then killed himself.

Erica Garner, daughter of NYPD chokehold victim, dies after suffering heart attack

The 27-year-old activist daughter of New York City police chokehold victim Eric Garner died Saturday after suffering a massive heart attack a week ago that left her in a coma.

Erica Garner died at the Brooklyn hospital where she was born and her death was announced on her official Twitter account by her mother and friends.

“Her heart was bigger than the world,” one tweet said in part.

A follow up tweet read, “Out of respect to Erica please do not request a comment if the journalist is not Black.”

She became a political activist following her father’s death in 2014 after he was placed in a chokehold as cops were arresting him for selling loose cigarettes on a Staten Island street.

His death was recorded on video and his last words “I can’t breathe,” became a rallying cry at rallies in New York and other cities to protest police brutality targeting blacks and other minorities.

The officer who restrained him was not charged by a grand jury which investigated the death. New York City agreed to pay $5.9 million to Garner’s family.

“She has passed,” Rev. Al Sharpton said in confirming her death, the New York Post reported. “Her heart was broken when she didn’t get justice. … The [heart] attack just dealt with the pieces that were left.”

The paper quoted her mother Esaw Garner as saying that her daughter was a warrior and a fighter who fought till the end.

“From the day she was born she was a fighter,” she said. “We’re gonna stay strong as a family and gonna take care of her child and make sure her children know how much she loved them.”

Erica Garner’s activism led her to campaign for Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., during the 2016 presidential election. She appeared in one of his campaign ads.

On Saturday, Sanders called her an “expceptional young woman.”

“Erica Garner was an exceptional young woman. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, friend. Jane and I send our deepest condolences to the entire Garner family and to all those she has impacted,” Sanders wrote in a three-part tweet.

“Though Erica didn’t ask to be an activist, she responded to the personal tragedy of seeing her father die while being arrested in New York City by becoming a leading proponent for criminal justice reform and for an end to police brutality,” he continued. “I had the honor of getting to know Erica and I was inspired by the commitment she made working towards a more just world for her children and future generations. She was a fighter for justice and will not be forgotten.”

Erica Garner had been in a coma since Dec. 23 after suffering a heart attack brought on by an asthma attack. She suffered a previous heart attack in August not long after giving birth to a baby boy in August. She named the boy after her father.

A Driver Who Attacked A Police Officer Was Shot And Killed By A Bystander Who Warned Him To Stop Beating The Officer

What would you do if you had a concealed carry firearm permit, a gun, and came across a scene in which a police officer was being brutally beaten on the side of the road?

Queen Elizabeth has personally removed Michelle and Barack Obama from the guest list for Prince Harry’s wedding to Meghan Markle, according to British reports.

Invitations to Royal weddings in England have traditionally been extended to the sitting President of the United States and the current First Lady, so when Queen Elizabeth saw what Michelle Obama was up to – trying to sneak a spot at the wedding at the expense of the real POTUS and FLOTUS – she delivered Michelle a well-deserved and humiliating beatdown.

While Barack Obama has been traveling around the world, operating as some kind of shadow president and attempting to undermine the real POTUS, Michelle has been trying to push her way into every major social event where she doesn’t belong and is apparently not invited.

When Michelle Obama heard the news that Prince Harry was marrying a black American girl, she assumed it was her rightful place to be on that guest list. Michelle made a desperate move to sneak a spot on the guest list, but unfortunately for the former First Lady, the guest list has to be approved by the Queen of England herself.
Timeline of Queen Elizabeth’s brutal Obama smackdown

As soon as Buckingham Palace announced the news that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were officially engaged, the opportunistic Obamas saw their chance to edge their way into the elites, like a couple of desperate kids trying to hang with the popular crowd at school. Barack immediately got on social media to beat President Trump to the congratulatory punch. Barack has a lot more time on his hands than the current POTUS who is cleaning up the mess he left behind.

Barack, who had been practically stalking Prince Harry on Twitter in recent weeks, made a post within seconds of the news coming out, which served the purpose of letting the Royals know that he and Michelle were angling for an invitation to the wedding of the year.

The Obamas are experts at playing the crowd for fools, and Barack’s sycophantic post got a whopping one million likes. The Obamas were likely over the moon about this return on their cynical investment, because it meant Prince Harry and the Royal Family were likely to see it and a seat at the high table was surely theirs for the taking.

The exposure of Barack’s post sparked rumors that the Obamas would likely be added to the guest list at the expense of the current president and first lady, London’s Independent reported. But while Barack was busy sending desperate tweets and DMs to secretly get on the coveted guest list, Michelle was doing something worse to shove the Trumps aside and ensure her spot, even though the honor is traditionally reserved for the current president and first lady.

Michelle has been doing the rounds on the speaking tour lately, trying to rack in hundreds of thousands of dollars and trash Trump at the same time. Her recent trip to Canada was no exception. She combined her usual trash talk with the hidden goal of getting to the historic royal wedding.

Addressing the “Economic Club of Toronto,” Michelle deviated from her usual Trump bashing shtick and went into overdrive, kissing up to the Queen of England at every opportunity, and criticizing POTUS Trump whenever possible. Michelle really wanted that wedding invite.

According to Page Six, Michelle took the opportunity to make fun of President Trump then immediately gushed over the queen. Both conversation deviations had no place in an event like this, but for calculated Michelle, it has a passive-aggressive purpose of saying that Trump wasn’t fit for her guest list, but since she loves the Queen so much, she should get a spot.

“After being introduced by Canada’s first lady, Sophie Trudeau, Obama told the crowd that it is ‘never a good idea’ to put your first thought in the morning on social media, and never a good idea to ‘tweet from bed,’ which appears to be one of the president’s favorite pastimes, presuming that he is actually in bed when he tweets at 3 a.m,” Page Six reported.

“Going on about effective communication, and the importance of doing drafts, Obama went on, ‘Then you need to edit and spell-check it.’ The 45-minute conversation, hosted by the Economic Club of Toronto, flowed into a bunch of amusing side stories, including her memories of being awestruck when meeting Queen Elizabeth of England.”
“’What do you do with the Queen? I touched her. She touched me first,’ she said, adding that her dream dinner guest would be Jesus, whom she’d serve pizza.”

It’s well known that the respect, proper etiquette, and holding a high-level of decorum is important to the Royal Family and by painting a picture that Trump is an impetuous buffoon who can’t control himself, Michelle thought she was making him look like a bad person to have at the wedding.

However, the bigger motive in her comments was to cover up her actual faux-pas with the Queen when, not surprisingly, brash Michelle showed a complete lack of respect and protocol when she got a little too touchy.

The moment she bullied her way into a hug and pushed the Queen toward a chair was the moment Queen Elizabeth decided there was to be no place for Michelle or Barack Obama at the wedding, The Guardian previously reported.
The Queen felt so grossly disrespected by Michelle that she royally snubbed the former first lady after the touchy-feely offense.

When she flew into London with her mother and daughters in tow, expecting an audience with Queen Elizabeth, she received a big slap-in-the-face instead, the Globe reported. Instead of spending the day with Michelle and her family who flew in to meet with her, the Queen ditched her and went off the horse races instead.

Michelle may think she’s royalty and even try to act like it, but she’s got nothing on the actual Queen of England who is the real deal and put her in her place. The Queen does what she wants and by kicking desperate Michelle Obama off the guest list, and extending an invitation to the real POTUS and FLOTUS instead, she showed she is no-one’s fool.

Shaquille O’Neal Says: ‘Trump Is Possibly The Best President Of The President Of All Times Ever, He Is Not Afraid To…’ Do You Support This ?

Recently when he was asked about President Trump retweeting a couple of videos that made a big fuzz in the media, Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-UT) stated that Trump had “been one of the best presidents” he ever served under.

O’Neal stated, “I’m not aware of it. I don’t pay much attention to his tweets. I’ll say this for you. He’s been one of the best presidents I’ve served under.”

“And the reasoning is, he’s not afraid to make decisions. He’s not afraid to take on the — the big mouths around here.”

O’Neal continued, “The president is smart, powerful and a good counterpuncher.I think he attacks anyone he perceives or believes is attacking him or the country.”

“He should be given the Medal of Freedom for talking his mind in such a bold, honest, and straightforward manner.” O’Neal added.

“The reality is that people need to start fighting for this country together with him instead of criticizing and wasting their time on stupid things.” He concluded.

Trump Removes Muslim Federal Judge For Trying to Implement Sharia Law in America

Twenty-second Circuit Court of Appeals Justice, Hansam Al Alallawalahi-Smith has made major headlines this week when he overturned a ruling out of Dearborn, Michigan and tried to implement Sharia Law. The ruling allowed two critical and violent tenets of Sharia Law to be practiced in the United States of America.

When he was asked why the feds have the right to allow a man to brutalize his wife for speaking with another man and to beat her nearly to death if she were to act on her impulses, the judge mentioned the systematic infusion clause and said that the Sharia Law should be allowed because the 14th Amendment guarantees them the rights guaranteed by the other states. The laws may be acceptable to savages, but here, in America, we have higher standards.

Alallaha-Smith stated that the 14th Amendment does not necessarily exclude foreign influence from being allowed by law, citing the Christmas Holiday as a perfect example:

“Christmas is a Christian holiday exclusively, yet, if you are a Muslim and you want to go about your day without being bothered you cannot because the laws of a city in a city in Rome take precedent over the First Amendment which guarantees no state-sponsored religion. A federal Christmas holiday is just that,” said Alallaha-Smith.

With that as a precedent, understanding that a higher court may reverse it, my decision is that items one and two on the docket are allowable between family members as prescribed by Sharia Law,” continued Alallaha-Smith.

The Democrats simply cannot stop complaining about this, claiming that since the appointment wasn’t Trump’s, he can’t use the precedent to fire him. Trump has responded that people always want him to think about the Office in these kinds of situations. His only statement was: “The Office had no choice but to let him go for the good of the country!”
